About Us

Modular Interior Manufacturers Association (MiMA)

The Modular Interior Manufacturers Association (MiMA) was established as an autonomous organization under the Travancore–Cochin Literary, Scientific & Charitable Societies Registration Act of 1955, with the vision of uniting professionals in the modular interior manufacturing sector.

In an industry facing rapid challenges and growing competition, MiMA was founded to bring strength through collective unity, enabling members to collaborate, innovate, and promote sustainable modern interior solutions.

The first State General Body Meeting was held on 14th May 2025 at Ernakulam, with the participation of leading entrepreneurs from across the state. During this meeting, a 9-member Interim Governing Committee was elected.

District Committee formation began on 12th June 2025, and nine district committees have already been established, with the remaining districts to be completed by October 2025.

To streamline operations, a 27-member State General Council became active on 20th August 2025, followed by the creation of nine sub-committees on 10th September 2025, each led by a Governing Committee member with a team of at least four members, focusing on priority projects.

Today, MiMA continues to expand its framework, update constitutional provisions, and prepare comprehensive project reports for the forthcoming State General Meeting in December 2025.

Committed to the growth and welfare of its members, MiMA stands as a driving force in shaping the future of the modular interior industry in Kerala and beyond.
